If something is not quite right, we are here to help. Please check the simple conditions below before beginning a return.

Days to return

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date.

Your item is eligible when it is

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In its original condition
  • Returned with all original packaging
  • Returned with the original security tag still attached

We cannot accept returns for

  • Items with a removed, cut, damaged, or altered security tag
  • Worn, washed, stained, or damaged items
  • Items returned after the 7-day window
  • Gift cards, where applicable

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method; timing may vary by bank or payment provider.
